I have been studying mandarin in Taipei for a few months now. It's been a huge challenge and has taken up nearly all of my time here, but it has been a lot of fun.

I haven't found myself as drawn to taking photos. I don't like taking photos of people without their permission, and in a city as bustling as this one, that can be quite a challenge.

But all the same, I think I've gotten some good shots. The colors and lights are really vibrant here.
